These terms cover your use of led.ages.productions (the “Site”), operated by Ages Productions, Inc. (“Ages Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site describes an LED video wall available for rental and lets you request availability and a quote. It is informational and for lead intake only. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a reservation, or a guarantee that the wall is available on any particular date.
2. Inquiries, quotes and bookings
Submitting the form starts a conversation — it does not book anything and does not create a contract. A rental exists only when a written quote or rental agreement is issued and accepted by both sides.
Any rental is then governed by the terms of that quote or rental agreement, not by this page. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents control.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on the Site, including the “starting at $5,000” weekend and multi-day package, are starting points for planning purposes. They are not all-inclusive quotes and are subject to change without notice.
Final pricing depends on the specifics of your event — venue and access, structure or trussing requirements, power, labor, onsite support, travel, the number of event days, and other production requirements. You'll see the actual figure in your quote before you commit to anything.
4. Specifications and approximations
The LED wall is a modular system dimensioned in millimetres. Sizes given on the Site — approximately 10 feet high by 24 feet wide, roughly 240 square feet — are marketing approximations for planning, not exact engineering measurements. Final configuration is set to fit your venue and is confirmed as part of your quote.
Do not rely on figures from this page for structural, electrical, rigging, or permitting decisions. Those require confirmed technical specifications, which we provide as part of the quote process.
5. Rental fulfillment by Clever Productions & Entertainment
Rental fulfillment, delivery, setup, and onsite services are provided by Clever Productions & Entertainment. Where a rental proceeds, your agreement for those services is with them, and their own terms, scheduling, and acceptance apply.
We describe this arrangement so you know who does what. Nothing here creates any other relationship between the parties, and we make no representation on Clever Productions & Entertainment's behalf.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through the form
- Use the Site to send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content for a competing commercial purpose
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any applicable law
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, layout, design, photographs, and the Ages Productions name and logo — is owned by Ages Productions, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share it for your own planning purposes. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party providers for form delivery, hosting, spam protection, and fonts, and may link to other sites. We don't control those services or their content, and we're not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ages Productions, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
This section is about the Site. Liability relating to an actual rental is addressed in the quote or rental agreement for that rental.
11. Privacy
What we collect through the form, why, how long it's kept, and who it's shared with is set out in our Privacy Notice.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
