Privacy Notice
This notice covers led.ages.productions, the LED wall rental site operated by Ages Productions, Inc. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little.
What you submit
The quote form asks for the details needed to price a rental:
- Your name, and company or organization
- Your email address and phone number
- Event date, venue or city, and event type
- Indoor or outdoor, number of event days, approximate audience size
- Whether you need an onsite operator
- Anything you write in the details field
If you arrived from an ad or a campaign link, the form also records the campaign parameters from that link and the page you landed on. That tells us which sources produce real inquiries. It is not used to identify you, and it is not shared with advertising networks.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, check availability for your date, and prepare a quote. We do not run a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who it is shared with
Rental fulfillment, delivery, setup, and onsite services are provided by Clever Productions & Entertainment. Where your inquiry needs their involvement, the relevant event details are shared with them so they can quote and coordinate the rental.
The site also relies on a small number of service providers:
- Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our inbox.
- Google Workspace — hosts the inbox that receives and stores that correspondence.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the Turnstile anti-spam check.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site.
As part of delivering the page, these providers may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request time. That is normal server activity and is handled under each provider's own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
An inquiry that doesn't become a booking is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records.
Once an inquiry becomes an official quote or an invoice, it stops being ordinary correspondence and becomes a business and accounting record. Those are retained for as long as applicable law, ordinary accounting practice, and tax record-keeping requirements — including IRS requirements — call for. A completed quote or invoice therefore cannot simply be deleted on request the way an unused inquiry can.
Everyday correspondence is different. A phone call we return, or a short email exchange that never becomes a quote, is not a financial record. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace, so anything sitting in that inbox is also subject to Google's own storage, security, and retention practices.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary storage to confirm a visitor is human. Campaign parameters are held in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit and are discarded when you close the tab.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete what you have submitted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. Send the request through the quote form and we will handle it within a reasonable timeframe — except where the information forms part of a quote, invoice, or other record we are required to retain, as described above.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you send. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. The form does not accept file uploads.
Changes
If this notice changes we will revise the date above. Questions about it can go through the same quote form.
